An adventurous and empowering story of the superhero called The Infinite who faces and overcomes the everyday trials of doubt and self-confidence many children (and adults) face. The story also shows the empowering effect of confidence and power that comes from self-awareness.
As long as I can remember, I grew up watching other cultures with their mythologies, legends and histories told and celebrated as examples for their people. I wanted the same for my culture. As a child, I desired seeing black people at our best, powerful and in every environment that could exist… because we could!!
I was tired. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired of constantly seeing young black kids, specifically our young black boys, admiring negative influences and constructed heroes outside of our culture. For far too long, I witnessed too many of our children showing little imagination or creativity other than how to make money at the expense of their integrity.
So enough was enough! That’s when I decided to create… The Infinite!
